We are an independent financial-planning firm serving clients in Southern California and across the country.
We accept the fiduciary responsibility of assisting you in the management of your financial affairs. Fiduciary is a legal term for "a person to whom the property or power is entrusted for the benefit of another." Many financial advisory firms do not hold themselves out as fiduciaries due to the conflicts of interests inherent in their business models.

I am a Registered Investment Adviser and founder of Karl Schorr Wealth Management. My experience has been broad, ranging from portfolio management to tax and estate planning. I work closely with a trusted team of attorneys, CPAs, and enrolled agents, allowing me to offer a holistic financial-planning experience to my clients.
I received a Bachelors Degree from U.C. Berkeley in 1985 and live in Canyon Lake, California.

We are paid to give advice, not sell a product. We do not accept compensation from the sale of investment products, or any third-party referral fees. Our only compensation comes directly from our clients. Our motivation is aligned with yours in helping you reach your financial goals.
